Grenfell Hope Project
Grenfell Hope Project is a large group of volunteers committed to building a resilient community following the fire disaster that happened on 14th of June, 2017 in West London.
We will not replicate any work but rather fill in the gaps in disaster response, relief and recovery as the efforts continue.
We provide basic psychosocial training to the volunteers who will be working in the area. We also provide trainers’ training and Workers’ Support.
We hope to create free arts, sports, drama, yoga, playtherapy programs for the children who live near the Grenfell Tower. These programs are expected to last at least six months.
The aim is to facilitate and promote the natural resilience within individuals, families and communities.
