FREE HOLIDAYS IN CORNWALL – END OF AUGUST FOR FAMILIES AFFECTED BY GRENFELL TOWER

Moved by the tragic events at Grenfell Tower the community in Cornwall has pulled together through Cornwall Hugs Grenfell, to offer families free holidays.

One of the first holidays available to Grenfell Tower families and those from adjacent blocks, who feel able to travel, is a week’s free holiday in Falmouth at the end of August 2017.

Six families can stay independently, each in their own flat on the University of Falmouth Campus with up to seven en-suite bedrooms. They may choose to join free activities such as surf lessons, or trips to attractions like The Eden Project and St Michael’s Mount.

Free train travel is included. Onsite catering is available.
Cornwall Hugs Grenfell founder Esme Page says ‘The Falmouth trip is all about families. We hope the children will have fun and make some new memories in our wonderful county”.

This offer is open to families who feel capable of making the trip. in addition to Cornwall Hugs Grenfell’s individual holidays in accommodation pledged by Cornish holiday home owners, which will be available to fire-fighters and Grenfell Tower families until 2019.
